The Facilitator Guidelines for Organisational Capacity Development is a comprehensive training manual developed under the European Union-funded Speak Up! project. Implemented by Terre des Hommes Netherlands (TdH NL) alongside partner organisations Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK), Breaking the Silence, and INCIDIN Bangladesh, the module was prepared by the Institute of Professional Training and Management (IPTM).
Core Objectives & Focus
- CSO Capacity Strengthening: Built to enhance the organizational capacity of Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in Bangladesh, enabling them to foster youth leadership, safeguard digital rights, and promote freedom of expression.
- Youth Protection & Inclusion: Addresses digital safety and protection against online harassment for youth aged 15–24, prioritizing marginalized groups including girls, LGBTQ+ youth, and socio-economically or ethnically disadvantaged youth.
- SDG Alignment: Directly supports SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) and SDG 5 (Gender Equality).
